Chia Seeds Benefits

There are numerous benefits of using the superfood, Chia Seeds as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Chia seeds are a great supplement to food, as it does not change the taste of your meal. It only provide you with the health benefits.  It contains a lot of protein, calcium and high levels of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.






I implement Chia seeds in my healthy lifestyle by adding it to my morning breakfast, which will include the following:

Plain yoghurt

OR

Oats

Whey protein powder

Spoon full of Chia seeds
