Using my discovery miles, I recently bought myself a NutriBullet to supplement and assist with my healthy lean eating lifestyle.

When i am on the road, I can plan ahead an prepare a meal in a shake or smoothie form, without distracting my lifestyle. 

I have been testing and playing around with some food types and including superfoods for breakfast, lunch and dinner time.

I will be posting some of my smoothies made to this page for your use or at least to provide some ideas. 

Some of my favourite ingredients to use in the NutriBullet are listed below. I try to keep some of it the fridge or kitchen.


  1. Pineapple
  2. Mango
  3. Banana
  4. Apple 
  5. Strawberries


  1. Raw baby spinach
  2. Raw broccoli
  3. Raw kale
  4. Raw mushrooms

Additional ingredients:

  1. Coconut cream
  2. Cononut milk
  3. Plain yogurt
  4. Linseeds
  5. Chia seeds
  6. Hemp seeds
  7. Garden mint leaves
  8. Ginger
  9. Goji Berries
  10. Blueberries
  11. Blackberries

Obviously there are a lot more products to use.
