Even though I prefer a lean healthy prepared meal,  I do some time need to be at meetings with clients out of the office over lunch time and would then prepare a smoothie in my NutriBullet






I prepared this awesome tasting lean smoothie with some proper food ingredients.
Below a picture and the ingredients of the NutriBullet smoothie.

Try and enjoy!


  • Raw baby spinach
  • Raw broccoli
  • Mango
  • Plain yogurt
  • Some coconut milk
  • Some coconut cream
  • Garden mint leaves
  • Add some water before you use NutriBullet and keep the content to the max line on the NutriBullet mixer
