During winter you always need an immune booster to prevent a nasty flue. I made this smoothie with a lot of immune boosters in.

green / golden delicious apple)
- Some coconut milk
- Some coconut cream
- Garden mint leaves
- Chia seeds
- Mixed berries (blueberries,
blackberries, cranberries and goji berries)
- Fresh ginger
- Add some water before you use
