Immune booster smoothie NutriBullet

During winter you always need an immune booster to prevent a nasty flue. I made this smoothie with a lot of immune boosters in.

  • Orange
  • Apple pieces (preferably a green / golden delicious apple)
  • Kale
  • Some coconut milk
  • Some coconut cream
  • Garden mint leaves
  • Chia seeds
  • Linseed
  • Mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, cranberries and goji berries)
  • Fresh ginger
  • Add some water before you use NutriBullet and keep the content to the max line on the NutriBullet mixer
