Healthy breakfast smoothie

I recently had to replace my favourite breakfast for a smoothie. I seemed to be able to fit the most of the ingredients into the NutriBullet to still enjoy a proper healthy breakfast.






Below a picture and the ingredients. Try and enjoy!

  • Few slices of a banana
  • Few slices of a pineapple
  • Apple pieces (preferably a green / golden delicious apple)
  • Plain yogurt
  • Some coconut milk
  • Some coconut cream
  • Garden mint leaves
  • Chia seeds
  • Linseed
  • Add some water before you use NutriBullet and keep the content to the max line on the NutriBullet mixer
