The weekly schedule for group classes in Tricore Brackenfell is as follows:
Monday: Dirk Kroon – Jiu-Jitsu fitness and technique
Tuesday: Sensei Ruhan Louw – Kickboxing (K1) fitness, technique and sparring
Wednesday: Sensei Ruhan Louw – Jiu-Jitsu fitness and technique
Thursday: Sempai Jasper Basson OR Sempai Carlo Schippers – Kickboxing (K1), fitness, technique and sparring.
The weekly schedule for group classes in Tricore Bellville / Parow is as follows:
Monday: Sensei Ruhan Louw / Kru Chester Kruger – Kickboxing (K1) fitness, technique and sparring
Tuesday: Gary Joshua – Jiu Jitsu / Judo fitness and technique
Wednesday: Kru Chester Kruger – Kickboxing (K1) fitness, technique and sparring
Thursday: Gary Joshua – Jiu Jitsu / Judo fitness and technique.
