The weekly schedule for group classes in Tricore Paarl is as follows: (every weekday from 6 - 8 pm)
Monday: Sempai Carel du Preez – Kicking techniques and stretching.
Tuesday: Coach Riaan Pietersen / Coach Tiaan Saayman – Fitness, boxing technique and sparring.
Wednesday: Sempai Jasper Basson – The first 45 – 60 minutes fitness and the following 60 minutes kickboxing technique and sparring.
Thursday: Sensei Ruhan Louw – Fitness, Jiu-Jitsu and MMA
